تعد إدارة المعرفة من التطورات الفکرية المعاصرة، کما تعد تکنولوجيا المعلومات عصب الإتصالات الحديثة، والإدارة الفاعلة للمعرفة هي الإستثمار الأمثل لرأس مالها الفکري ضمن نظام يتناول المعرفة على أساس نظام للإتصالات الحديثة المرتبطة بالشبکة المعلوماتية. ومن ثم هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تناول إدارة المعرفة من المنظور المعلوماتي وصفاً وتحليلاً، وکذلک معرفة العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة ورأس المال الفکري، حيث يعد الإستثمار في رأس المال الفکري من أهم القضايا الحالية التي تعنى بها المجتمعات على إختلاف أنظمتها ومستويات نموها، حيث ثبت أن العنصر البشري هو المؤثر الرئيس في جميع مکونات التنمية.
Knowledge management is one of the contemporary intellectual developments, and information technology is the backbone of modern communications. And effective knowledge management is the optimal investment of its intellectual capital within a system that takes over knowledge on the basis of a system of modern communications linked to the information network. Hence, this study aimed to processing knowledge management from an information perspective, description and analysis, as well as knowing the relationship between knowledge management and intellectual capital, as investment in intellectual capital is one of the most important current issues that concern societies with different systems and levels of development, as it has been proven that the human element It is the main influence in all components of development.
