درجة امتلاک أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية لمهارات التقويم الإلکتروني واتجاهاتهم نحوه (دراسة تقويمية في ضوء أزمة فيروس کورونا)

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة امتلاک أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية لمهارات التقويم الإلکتروني واتجاهاتهم نحوه، والتعرف على مدى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مهارات التقويم والاتجاه نحوه لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية ترجع إلى متغير الجنس، والخبرة، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، کما تم استخدام مقياس مهارات التقويم الإلکتروني، ومقياس الاتجاه نحوالتقويم الإلکتروني إعداد الباحث، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة بلغت (90) عضو هيئة تدريس بالجامعات السعودية، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن نسبة توافر المهارات لدى أفراد العينة توافرت بنسبة مرتفعة، کما أن الأبعاد الفرعية تراوحت ما بين متوسطة ومرتفعة، حيث تراوحت متوسطات الأبعاد ما بين (3,37) و(3,99)، کما أن الدرجة الکلية للاتجاه نحوالتقويم الإلکتروني بلغت (3,34)، وأن اتجاه أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحوالتقويم الإلکتروني في الدرجة الکلية جاء بصورة متوسطة، وأن أبعاد الاتجاه  نحو التقويم الإلکتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس تراوحت ما بين إيجابية ومتوسطة، حيث تراوحت متوسطات الأبعاد ما بين (3,202) و(3,59)، کما اتضح أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في مهارات التقويم الإلکتروني والاتجاه نحوه لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية تعزي لمتغيري الجنس (ذکور/ إناث)، والخبرة (أقل من 10 سنوات، وأکثر من 10 سنوات).
The aim of the research is to identify the degree of teaching staff members in the Saudi universities possessing the skills of electronic evaluation and their attitudes towards it, and to identify the extent of statistically significant differences in evaluation skills and the direction towards it among the faculty members in Saudi universities due to the gender variable, and experience, where the descriptive approach was used, as was the descriptive approach, as was The e-evaluation skills scale was used, and the measure towards the e-evaluation was prepared by the researcher, and the research was applied to a sample of (90) faculty members in Saudi universities, and the results reached that the percentage of skills availability among the sample members was available at a high rate, and the sub-dimensions ranged from what Between medium and high, where dimensional averages ranged between (3,37) and (3.99), and the total score for the trend towards electronic evaluation reached (3,34), and that the direction of faculty members towards electronic evaluation in the total degree came in a picture Medium, and that the dimensions of the trend towards electronic evaluation among faculty members ranged between positive and medium, where dimensional averages ranged between (3,202) and (3,59), as it turned out that there are no statistically significant differences in the skills of To evaluate the electronic and the direction towards it among the faculty members in Saudi universities, condolence to the sex variables (male / female), and experience (less than 10 years, and more than 10 years).
