دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز مشاركة طلبة الجامعات في انتخابات مجالس المحافظات 2023 "طلبة الجامعات العراقية انموذجاً"

لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ادوار كبيرة حيث يتم استغلالها من اجل خدمة هدف المستخدم سواء كانوا افراد او جماعات او مؤسسات حكومية او مدنية، نظراً للدور التي قامت به مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في ثورات الربيع العربي وما تلاها من احداث في دول متعددة، بسبب ميزة الحشود الجماهيرية التي تتمتع بها، حث عمدت الشركات التي تشرف على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إلى تطوير عدة ميزات منها ميزة البث المباشر، التي جعلت المتلقين يتحدثون مع المرسل او الذي يوجه الرسالة يتحدثون بشكل مباشر، ومن هذا المنطلق اخذ المرشحين للانتخابات في اغلب الدول والعراق منها إلى الاعتماد على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لغرض الترويج لمشروعهم الانتخابي واهدافهم، وعرضها للجمهور، فضلاً عن استخدام الكثير من الصفحات في موقع الفيس بوك كاداة استبيان، واستطلاع للرأي.
تكمن أهمية البحث من الدور الكبيرة  بارز لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي  في تعزيز المشاركة، والتفاعل عن طريق تبادل الاراء، والافكار، التي تنشر عن طريق (الكروبات، المجموعات)، لاسيما منصات التواصل الاجتماعي التي تتمثل بصفحات الفيس بوك، وتويتر، والانستا، والتليكرام.
ومن اهم اهداف البحث التعرف على دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تحقيق وتعزيز مشاركة طلبة جامعة الانبار في انتخابات مجالس المحافظات 2023. فضلاً عن التعرف على اهتمام طلبة جامعة الانبار بما ينشر من حملات انتخابية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تؤثر في تعزيز مشاركتهم في انتخابات مجالس المحافظات.
ومن النتائج المهمة التي توصل اليها البحث أن الوسائل التي تعزز مشاركة المبحوثين في الانتخابات هي فئة (فديو تحفيزي يحتوي على برنامج المرشحين)، اظهرت نتائج البحث ان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي البديل الحقيقي للاعلام التقليدي، واهتمام طلبة جامعة الانبار بما ينشر من حملات انتخابية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تؤثر في تعزيز مشاركتهم في انتخابات مجالس المحافظات 2023.
Social networking sites have great roles as they are exploited in order to serve the goal of the user, whether they are individuals, groups, or governmental or civil institutions, given the role that social networking sites played in the Arab Spring revolutions and the subsequent events in multiple countries, because of the advantage of mass crowds that they enjoy, urging companies that oversee social networking sites to develop several features, including the direct broadcast feature, which made the recipients speak with the sender or the one who directs the message speaking directly, and from this standpoint the candidates for elections took place in most countries Iraq is one of them to rely on social networking sites for the purpose of promoting their electoral project and goals, and presenting them to the public, in addition to using many pages on Facebook as a tool for questionnaires and opinion polls.
The importance of the research lies in the great and prominent role of social networking sites in enhancing participation and interaction through the exchange of opinions and ideas, which are published through (groups, groups), especially the social media platforms that are represented by Facebook pages, Twitter, Insta, and Telegram.
One of the most important objectives of the research is to identify the role of social networking sites in achieving and enhancing the participation of Anbar University students in the 2023 provincial elections. In addition to identifying the interest of Anbar University students in the electoral campaigns published through social networking sites that affect their participation in the provincial elections.
  Among the important findings of the research is that the means that enhance the participation of the respondents in the elections is the category (motivational video containing the candidates' program).
