العوامل المؤثرة على التوافق الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم والتقنيات الهندسية بجامعة الملك فيصل بتشاد وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة العوامل المؤثرة على التوافق الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم والتقنيات الهندسية بجامعة الملك فيصل بتشاد، والكشف عن الفروق في العوامل المؤثرة على التوافق الدراسي وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات مثل متغير النوع الاجتماعي (ذكر وأنثى)، ومتغير التخصص العلمي: (هندسة الحاسوب، وتقنية المعلومات)، ومتغير المستوى الدراسي: (ثانية، ثالثة). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، لوصف وتحليل وتفسير العوامل المؤثرة على التوافق الدراسي لدى الطلبة والطالبات. طور الباحثان استبانة لجمع بيانات البحث. وبلغ العدد الكلي لمجتمع للدراسة (353) وتم اختيار عينة (50) قوامها طالبا وطالبة، بنسبة 15% من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية.
وكشفت الدراسة عن نتائج منها: وجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العوامل المؤثرة على التوافق الدراسي ومتغير التخصص العلمي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم والتقنيات الهندسية بجامعة الملك فيصل بتشاد. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العوامل المؤثرة على التوافق الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم والتقنيات الهندسية بجامعة الملك فيصل بتشاد تبعاً لمتغير االنوع الاجتماعي: (ذكر، أنثى) لصالح النوع (ذكر). وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العوامل المؤثرة على التوافق الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم والتقنيات الهندسية بجامعة الملك فيصل بتشاد تبعاً لمتغير التخصص العلمي: (هندسة الحاسوب، تقنية المعلومات) لصالح التخصص العلمي (هندسة الحاسوب). وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العوامل المؤثرة على التوافق الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم والتقنيات الهندسية بجامعة الملك فيصل بتشاد تبعاً لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية..
This research aims to know the factors affecting academic adjustment among students of the faculty of Science and Engineering at King Faisal University of Chad, and to reveal the differences in the factors affecting academic adjustment and their relationship to some variables such as the gender variable (male and female), and the scientific specialization variable: (computer engineering, And information technology), and the academic level variable: (second, third). To achieve the research objectives, the researchers used the descriptive approach to describe, analyze and interpret the factors affecting academic adjustment among male and female students. The researchers developed a questionnaire to collect research data. The total number of the study population was (353), and a sample of (50) male and female students was selected, representing 15% of the original study population. They were selected in a stratified random manner.
The study revealed results including: the existence of a positive, statistically significant correlation between the factors affecting academic adjustment and the scientific specialization variable among students of the faculty of Science and Engineering at King Faisal University of Chad. There are statistically significant differences in the factors affecting academic adjustment among students of the faculty according to the gender variable: (male, female) in favor of gender (male). There are statistically significant differences in the factors affecting academic compatibility among students of the faculty according to the scientific specialization variable: (computer engineering, information technology) in favor of the scientific specialization (computer engineering). There are no statistically significant differences in the factors affecting academic adjustment among students of the faculty of Sciences and Engineering at King Faisal University of Chad according to the social status variable.
