هذه الورقة البحثية التي تناولت قصيدة من قصائد الشعر التشادي العربي المعاصر وهي قصيدة (عند ما تحكي العربية)، وموضوعها هو تاريخ اللغة العربية، ونشأتها ومعاناتها، وتطورها وازدهارها في بلاد تشاد منذ عصر الممالك الثلاث إلى فترة الاستعمار ثم في الحكومات المتعاقبة على البلاد.
وهذا البحث عند تعرضه لقصيدة في هذا الموضوع يهدف إلى الكشف عن موطن اللغة العربية، التي نشأت فيه، ولذلك عوامل وحدتها، وانتشارها، ونزول القرآن الكريم بها، مما جعلها لغة عامة لجميع القبائل العربية، ثم تهدف الدراسة إلى العوامل المساعدة لدخول العربية في تشاد وعوامل انتشارها المتمثلة في انتشار الإسلام، والتعليم الديني، كما يهدف إلي الكشف بأنها كانت اللغة الرسمية لجميع الممالك التشادية القديمة ـ(كانم- وباقرمي- ووداي)، وبذلك صارت أرثا يعكس الأصالة والهوية الدينية والعربية كما يسعى البحث عن كشف المحاولات التي عاشتها اللغة العربية آبان الاستعمار وكيد المستعمر لها.
وتهدف الدراسة أيضا إلى متابعة أوضاع اللغة العربية في مختلف الحكومات التشادية ودور الرؤساء في خدمتها وتطورها إلى أن وصلت إلي ما أصبحت عليه اليوم ومن خلال الصياغة، توصل البحث الى النتائج التالية:

تعكس القصيدة الأبعاد التاريخية والإبداعية والجمالية والآفاق المعرفية التي يتحلى بها الشاعر.
رسمت القصيدة مساقات اللغة العربية تاريخيًا في الأقليم الواقع جنوب الصحراء الكبرى من القارة الأفريقية الذي يسمى (تشاد).
تعد قصيدة (عندما تحكي العربية) تاريخًا ورفضًا وتمردًا على الواقع الاجتماعي وموقف الشاعر من اللغة الفرنسية.
This research paper dealt with a poem of contemporary Chadian Arab poetry, which is the poem (When You Speak Arabic), and its subject is the history of the Arabic language, its origins, suffering, development and prosperity in the country of Chad from the era of the Three Kingdoms to the co lonial period and then in successive governments in the country.
This research, when it deals with a poem on this topic, aims to reveal the homeland of the Arabic language, in which it originated, and therefore the factors of its unity, its spread, and the revelation of the Holy Qur’an in it, which made it a general language for all Arab tribes. Then the study aims at the factors that helped the introduction of Arabic into Chad and the factors Its spread, represented by the spread of Islam and religious education, also aims to reveal that it was the official language of all the ancient Chadian kingdoms (Kanem, Baqarmi, and Ouday), and thus it became a legacy that reflects authenticity and religious and Arab identity. The research also seeks to reveal the attempts that the Arabic language experienced during colonialism. And the coloniser's plot against her.
The study also aims to follow up on the conditions of the Arabic language in various Chadian governments and the role of presidents in its service and development until it reached what it was today. Through formulation, the research reached the following results:

The poem charted the Arabic language courses historically in the region located south of the Sahara on the African continent, which is called (Chad).

The Arabic language contributed to the renaissance of the ancient Chadian Islamic kingdoms.
