المستخلص

The Manda National Park (MNP) located in the department of Barh Kôh suffers from the very strong human pressure on its resources. It is threatened with disappearance through the encroachment of the rules that govern the management of protected areas causing the herds to enter and encampment within it. This study consists of characterizing the management of the Manda National Park (MNP) after thirty years of management in a context of climate change also seeks to understand the influence of anthropization on the management of the park. Field surveys are based on the analysis of empirical data collected from actors. It follows from this study that the 88% of respondents attest that the arrival of transhumant people leads to strong pressure on natural resources, whether on the outskirts or in the park. In addition, 77% of transhumant respondents find that grazing is good in the park compared to 23% which finds it acceptable. In addition, the 18.16% of respondents are concerned about the degradation of the park because of illegal grazing, 16.36% indicate the degradation of the park's resources is facilitated by forest agents. This is that between 14 and 18% come with authorizations delivered by forest agents and/or the mobile brigade. These results testify to the exploitation and irrational management of the Manda National Park (MNP). The 59% argue that the search for grazing in the park is proof of this.
