السعي للحفاظ على الکرامة والعدوان لدى طلبة الجامعة Striving to Maintain Dignity and Aggression among University Students

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين السعي للحفاظ على الکرامة والعدوان لدى طلبة الجامعة، وقد عُرّفت الکرامة بأنها مشاعر شخصية يستمدها الفرد من الثقافة التي يعيش فيها، وتُحدّد قيمته الخاصة وتفرض عليه ضروباً من السلوک، وعُرّف السلوک العدواني بأنه سلوک يهدف إلى إلحاق الأذى والتدمير بشخص أو مجموعة بأسرها، ويکون ناتجاً عن مشاعر الإحساس بالإحباط والإذلال الذي يتعرّض له الفرد. وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث الحالي قام الباحث ببناء مقياسان لقياس الکرامة والسلوک العدواني، وبعد استخراج صدقهما وثباتهما والقوة التميزية لفقراتهما، قام الباحث بتطبيقها على عينة بلغت (200) طالباً وطالبة جامعية، تمّ اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية وقد توصل البحث إلى أن أفراد العينة يتمتعون بالکرامة ولا يتصف سلوکهم بالعدوانية، وان ليست هناک علاقة ارتباطيه بين السعي للحفاظ على الکرامة والعدوان، وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة إخضاع الأفراد لنظام مؤسسي يکون فيه الخضوع للدولة فقط وأقترح إجراء دراسة حول السعي للحفاظ على الکرامة وعلاقتها بمتغيرات الشخصية.
   The aim of this research is to find a relation between striving to maintain dignity and aggression among college students. Dignity is defined as the feeling which an individual derives from the culture which he lives in, that determines its personal value and imposes on him forms of behavior. Aggressive behavior is defined as a behavior that aims at harming or destroying a person or a group people, which results from the feelings of frustration and humiliation that a person undergoes. In a achieving the aims of the present researchhas built two scales for measuring dignity and aggressive behavior after extracting their validity, stability and discrimination power , the researcher has applied it on a sample containing (200) university students who are randomly chosen. The research has concluded that sample individuals enjoy dignity and their behavior is not characterized as being aggressive, and that there is no correlation between striving to maintain dignity and aggression. The researcher has recommended that it is necessary for individuals to be subject to an individual system in which they submit to the state only, and propose a study about striving to maintain dignity and personal variables.
