بعض العوامل المؤثرة علي التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى عينة من طلاب كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة أنجمينا بتشاد من وجهة نظر الطلاب

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي وعلاقته بالتحصيل الأكاديمي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة أنجمينا والكشف عن الفروق في التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي وبعدد من المتغيرات وهي متغير النوع (ذكر وأنثى) ومتغير المستوى الدراسي (الثانية والثالثة) والمعدل العام الدراسي (ممتاز، جيد جدا، جيد، مقبول، ضعيف) اتبع الباحثان البحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، لوصف وتحليل وتفسير بعض العوامل التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى عينة من طلاب كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة أنجمينا، قام الباحثان بتصميم استبانة لقياس التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي، حيث تضمنت الاستبانة من (34) بندا وغطت محورين وهي: التوافق النفسي والتوافق الاجتماعي، وسجلات درجات الطلاب أداة لجمع المعلومات، بالإضافة إلى سجلات التحصيل، وبلغ العدد الكلي (380) بنسبة 25% ومنهم تم اختيار العينة (96) طالبا وطالبة. من الذكور.. من الاناث. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن التوافق النفسي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة أنجمينا يتسم بالارتفاع إلى حد ما. كما أن التوافق الاجتماعي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة أنجمينا يتسم بالارتفاع. عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى عينة من طلاب كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة أنجمينا. عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوافق الاجتماعي لدى عينة من طلاب كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة أنجمينا. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق النفسي لدى عينة من طلاب كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة أنجمينا تبعاً لمتغير النوع (ذكر، أنثى) لصالح النوع (أنثى).
This study aims to know the relationship between psychological and social adjustment and its relationship to academic achievement among students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of N'Djamena and to discover differences in psychological and social adjustment with a number of variables, which are the gender variable (male and female) and the academic level variable (second and third) and the academic year average (excellent, Very good, good, acceptable, weak) The researchers followed the descriptive correlational research method to describe, analyze and interpret some factors of psychological and social adjustment among a sample of students from the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of N'Djamena. The researchers designed a questionnaire to measure psychological and social adjustment, which included (34) item that covered two axes: psychological and social compatibility, and student grade records as a tool for collecting information, in addition to achievement records. The total number was (380), with a rate of 25%, of whom the sample was chosen (96) male and female students among males and females. The study reached several results, including: The psychological adjustment of the students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of N'Djamena is somewhat high. Also, the social compatibility of the students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of N'Djamena is high. There is no statistically significant positive correlation between psychological and social adjustment in a sample of students from the Faculty of Educational Sciences at N'Djamena University. There is no statistically significant positive correlation between social adjustment among a sample of students from the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of N'Djamena. There are statistically significant differences in the psychological adjustment among a sample of students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of N'Djamena, according to the gender variable (male, female) in favor of the gender (female).
