دور الإدارة العامة لترقية التمويل الأصغر والمقاولات في دعم المشاريع الزراعية إقليم البطحاء نموذجاً 2016م - 2021م

تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى بيان دور الإدارة العامة لترقية التمويل الأصغر والمقاولات في دعم المشاريع الزراعية، وبصفة خاصة المشاريع الزراعية بإقليم البطحاء.
وتكمن أهميه هذه الدراسة، من أهمية دراسة الموضوع نفسه، الذي يتناول دور الإدارة العامة لترقية التمويل الأصغر والمقاولات في دعم المشاريع الزراعية، ومعلوم مدى أهمية المشاريع الزراعية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، أن هيأ لها المناخ الملائم لاسيما من حيث التمويل، مما يستدعي ضرورة معرفه هل تم لها ذلك، من خلال الدراسة والتقييم لأحد أهم الهيئات التي أنشأتها الدولة لهذا الغرض.
وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في قلة الاهتمام من جانب الدولة التشادية بقطاع المشاريع الزراعية رغم أهميته من جهة، وضعف الهيئات التي أقيمت مؤخراً بغرض دعم هذه المشاريع الزراعية من جهة أخرى، زد على ذلك أن هناك ندرة في الدراسات المرتبطة بالموضوع في تشاد، إضافة إلى قصورها وعدم اكتمالها في تحديد درجة كفاءة هيئات التمويل الحكومية وقدرتها على دعم وتنمية قطاع المشاريع الزراعية، من هنا تبرز مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي الآتي: وهو ما مدي أهمية دور الإدارة العامة لترقية التمويل الأصغر والمقاولات في دعم المشاريع الزراعية لإقليم البطحاء؟
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع وتحليل البيانات إضافة إلى المنهج الاستقرائي، من اجل تقييم دور الإدارة العامة لترقية التمويل الأصغر والمقاولات في دعم المشاريع الزراعية.
ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم تقسيمها بعد مقدمة إلى ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، اشتملت على مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.
The main aim of this study is to clarify the role of the General Administration for the Promotion of Microfinance and Contract validation in supporting agricultural projects, particularly agricultural projects in the Batha region.

On the other hand, there is a scarcity of studies related to the subject in Chad, in addition to their gaps and incompleteness. Government funding institutions and their capacity to support and develop the agricultural project sector. Thus, the study's problematic is posed in the following main question: How important is the role of the General Administration for the Promotion of Microfinance and Contract validation in supporting agricultural projects in the Batha region?
The study used the descriptive analytical method for data collection and analysis, in addition to the inductive method, to assess the role of the General Administration for the Promotion of Microfinance and Contract validation in supporting agricultural projects.
To achieve the study's objective, it was divided after an introduction into three sections and a conclusion, which included a set of findings and recommendations.
